Frequently asked

Does it need the internet?

No. Billing, tables, cafe and reports all run on your PC. Internet is only used for optional features like customer QR check-in over mobile data and license checks.

Where is my data stored?

On your own counter PC, with automatic daily backups you can move to a USB drive. We never see your customers or bills.

What happens after the free trial?

Contact us to choose Basic or Pro before the 10-day pilot ends. Your existing records remain on your club PC.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly. Contact us to stop renewing; access ends at the end of the paid month.

Does it work for pool, PlayStation or other games?

Yes. Add any activity with its own hourly rate, and switch a table between activities mid-session.
