Frequently asked

Does it need the internet?

No. Billing, tables, cafe and reports all run on your PC. Internet is only used for optional features like customer QR check-in over mobile data and license checks.

Where is my data stored?

On your own counter PC, with automatic daily backups you can move to a USB drive. We never see your customers or bills.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose Basic or Pro to keep billing. If you don't, you can still open and view all your past bills and reports — your records are never locked away.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly. Stop renewing and your plan ends at the end of the paid month.

Does it work for pool, PlayStation or other games?

Yes. Add any activity with its own hourly rate, and switch a table between activities mid-session.
